Personal project - a private full-stack household management platform built for daily use with my partner.

Managing a shared household between two people with different schedules and time zones meant relying on scattered apps, messages, and mental notes for groceries, tasks, finances, and meal planning. We needed one centralized, private system.

A full-stack PWA that centralizes everything: task management (Kanban), household inventory with expiry alerts, weekly meal planning with AI-generated menus, a shopping list with smart matching to inventory, internal chat with real-time presence, wardrobe coordination, financial tracking with invoice OCR, and smart-home control (Shelly IoT outlets). Includes role-based access, push notifications, and n8n automations.

In active daily use. Continuously evolving - currently integrating smart-home controls and AI-powered features.
