Managing desk booking in a flexible workspace, without knowing who's coming in or which desks are free.

A desk-booking app with an interactive 2D floor plan, half-day or full-day booking, automatic check-in that releases the desk if unconfirmed, morning/afternoon shared desks, and an automated monthly occupancy report. Zero additional cost on existing infrastructure.

In production; built iteratively (a second version scaled to 34 desks across 6 zones with fixed-desk management).
