Manually monitoring Core Web Vitals (Google's web-performance metrics) across dozens of URLs per country was slow and inconsistent.

An automated system that pulls Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) weekly from Google's CrUX API, stores them historically in Google Sheets without overwriting, enriches them with Jira tickets, and visualizes them in an interactive Looker Studio dashboard. Fully automated with GitHub Actions.
