The industry watch lived trapped in an internal chat channel: rich but invisible, and turning it into a monthly newsletter by hand was unmanageable.

A collaborative app integrated into the team's workspace. When someone shares an article, the app captures it, reads the page, extracts title/source/date, drafts a first AI summary, and classifies it. When preparing the newsletter, the team selects articles, the AI proposes an opening synthesis, and it's sent branded in one click. Includes a contributor ranking.
